Invicta 6582 Review
Part of the subaqua collection, the 6582 is one well built time piece. Intended for rugged adventurers who also appreciate quality materials, one would have a tough “time” stopping these hands or not reading it properly. Like any watch, what makes the 6582 special is the unique combination of materials it’s made out of and the aesthetic of it’s build. The Subaqua Noma’s most distinguishing features are it’s black on black casing, polyurethane band, and swiss quartz movement. A more detailed look at it’s features is taken below.
CASE AND DIAL
The Case of the 6582 is made out of black ion-plated stainless steel, and with the flame fusion crystal dial the inner contents are well protected. The dial itself features many convenient ways to tell time. Classic chronograph sub-dials feature 30, 60, and 1/10 of a second subdials. A day window is featured in the 12 O’clock position, and a date window at the 4. Luminous, silver toned hands make reading time in the dark easy, complemented by luminous dome shaped hour markers. All of these features ensure that the time will be convenient and easy to read at any point in the day. The watch itself features Swiss Quartz movement, widely regarded as the most accurate and long lasting form of movement available.
BAND
One of the most unique features about the 6582 is the polyurethane band. Typical watch bands wear with time, but polyurethane is resistant to air, water, and sunlight. Polyurethane is both light and durable, and a major upgrade from other plastic bands.
CONCLUSION
The major takeaway for the noma is that not only is it a high quality watch with top notch materials, it is also quite durable, and will likely last decades with minimal wear. If you find the rugged black look appealing, you will likely not regret wearing the noma on your arm, and attract plenty of positive attention in the process.
